Dr Michael Steven, who completed his PhD under the supervision of Professor Gary Moore in Environment, Behaviour and Society, has just received the Best Poster Award at the International Society for Society and Natural Resources Conference in Vancouver, Canada for his work on "Environmental N," a new method he developed during his PhD for recording and analysing people's experience of the environment.
Chumporn Moorapun, Mozammel Mridha and Shu Min, all first year students in EBS at Sydney, have received this year’s most prestigious scholarships and prizes to assist their studies at Sydney. Mr Mridha from Bangladesh received the Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarship, Mr Min from China received the Andrew & Jean Wong Scholarship and Mr Moorapun from Thailand received the Henry J Cowan Prize.
